Dr Tew is a fully qualified Plastic Surgeon who has been visiting Nowra since 2001, providing a service to the local community and general practitioners in reconstruction for skin cancers and hand surgery such as carpal tunnel surgery, ganglions and Dupuytren’s contractures. She works at the Shoalhaven District Hospital and Nowra Private Hospital.
Dr Tew consults at the Park Medical Consulting Rooms, 4 McGrath Avenue, Nowra. All appointments are taken through the Sudney office on (02) 94112266.
Dr Tew’s other interests include breast augmentation and reduction, facial plastic surgery including eyelid rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, correction of prominent ears, body contouring surgery including abdominoplasty and liposuction.
Prior to her plastic surgery training, she was a general surgical trainee and had completed research towards a Master of Surgery. She trained in plastic surgery at teaching hospitals in Sydney.
As surgical techniques and technology continue to evolve, Dr Tew updates her knowledge and skills through courses in Australia and overseas. She is a Member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
