Dr Chad Todhunter is an Australian and internationally trained Orthopaedic Surgeon. After growing up in Sussex Inlet he has returned to the South Coast with his young family to live and set up a permanent practice.
He completed his Orthopaedic Training in NSW and was recognised as a Young Leader within the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
He has trained with Australia’s leading shoulder surgeons followed by a one year fellowship in hip and knee surgery at the Manchester Orthopaedic Centre in the United Kingdom. He also undertook additional training in London and Switzerland in shoulder, robotic knee surgery and anterior approach hip replacement.
He is experienced in trauma surgery, having worked in some of the busiest trauma centres throughout NSW.
He currently holds a VMO position at Wollongong Public Hospital and is part of the on-call roster.
Dr Todhunter aims to be accessible to all patients on the South Coast and to provide first class care by using the most modern techniques available.
